“Here comes Peter Cottontail, hopping down the bunny trail! Hippety hoppety, Easter’s on it’s way.”  I have fond childhood memories of Easter baskets, and buckets overflowing with goodies. There were foil-wrapped chocolate bunnies and eggs, jelly beans, and marshmallow “Peeps.” Egg decorating and egg hunts - and deviled eggs for a week!  Friends and family got together at Grandma’s for Easter Sunday dinner.  It was home-made happiness and old-fashioned fun, and beloved Easter traditions for everyone.
